Yeah, you can go nuts conducting however many you want.. Kind of similar to elections we hold in our parts every 5 years.. But you wont get a UN stamp if you are looking for that.. Any change to the UNSC resolution will require complete voting and I guess will get more than 1 veto..

But they will have no bearing on the UNSC resolutions.. Thats one pesky thing about these resolutions.. Either they are done in full or none at all .. So no short cuts for pakistan.. Get your forces out (and take your chinese friends with you), restore the demographics and then lets chat about the plebiscite.. Till then, we are in no hurry.. Time at the moment is on our side..

no no.. gb is not disputed.. it belongs to india.. P0K is also india.. both are illegally occupied by pak. Hari singh signed over kashmir which includes gb to india
