The upper echelons are still very racist and biased...On public level racism has been pretty much tackled,but that depends on which area you live in...

Three young men all brothers , were run over and killed during London riots....The killers got away with it because jury being racist snobs thought they did nothing wrong by running them over..
he dad who protested was framed in a roads rage incident and quietened by police ....
Ironically no news or documentary was shown about the killed brothers...but the dad's picture was shown all over the media,having an argument with a motorist....As propaganda to keep him shut and lose his support among public...
