Quran does not mention killing of apostates

Even the Wahabi/Salafi Chief , Ibn e Taimayyah , Sheikh ul-Islam of Saudis , has held that apostasy is a sin which carries no hadd (the class of punishments that are fixed for certain crimes that are considered to be "claims of God".) punishment and that a sin of this kind may be punished only under the discretionary punishment of ta'zir .

@Azlan Haider this law is derived from Hadees written and orally transferred in life of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW and his Sahabs on order of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW but a Kharji like you deny this because you are nothing but enemy of RASOOL SAW and followers of those Kharjis who were enemies of RASOOL SAW and those who denied Hadees and the Quran you have even that you know is Quran through Hadees

And what are you if you are accusing him of denying all the Hadiath without proof of this..
You should be aware of the levels of Hadiath. Apart from the 40 Qudsi.. the others are all questionable.

I always think the most creative curse I could give someone relates to the stomach..
For e.g.. it could be I curse you with permanent constipation..
If you do know what happens to people with severe constipation.. like the one in which stool refuses to move.
A doc has to go up your colon.. and drag the poop out. Imagine having to have it done regularly.

That being true, a study of the collection process used in these books might reveal how much is conjecture and how much is not.

You are misinterpreting what I said, or you yourself have comprehension issues.

Your post said - Kill postates if they do not pledge not to act against you. You did not say kill an apostate if he tries to shoot your family dead.

A 3 year old understands the principle of self defence, and it has nothing to do with dealing with an apostate.
