What does it mean to say Scaled down BM-25? Like less range in exchange for payload?

These are made by Indian fanboys to somehow show that their Agniis MIRV while it is not.
Look for other examples. All MIRV have elliptical warhead canopy.

How is it a failed test?
I can see the warhead coming down on target at the end of the video?
If missile had exploded mid flight, the warhead had been destroyed.

Khorramshahr developed independently from R-27 SLBM ... There are huge differences between the Iranian and north Korean missiles .

Yeah we hear that a lot from Indians too and they also still don't have any missile carrying multiple warheas.
Launching a satellite into orbit and sticking multiple warheads on a missile are entirely different ball games.

Yes i think so to, the warhead itself looks totally different. Looks good for multiple warheads, while the R-27 is optimal for one single, and fast warhead. Hopefully we can get some of these operational for land. Could take years for development of a new submarine to carry these in sufficient quantity like 8.

Sejjil was a great fully Iranian designed solid-fueled missile. It seems that our focus is not in solid fuel missiles, I beleive this is the only soild MRBM we've got and I'm still not even sure if it is in operation service. They never show it

Do you think Sejjil will ever come out of hiding? Did they just stop on its development. I think sardar Deghan was talking about it when he announced work on Khoramshahr last year.

seems 1.8 t warhead is correct and the range is 2000 km with 3 MRV warheads and 15 mach re-entry speed according to IRGC website:
