It will be useless to discuss what Pakistan'S constitution says as Their most of the rules are decided by ISI they have Sharia and other fatwas from madrasas, which is superior than the court of law. My one and only point is, is there any proof that Pakistan has not changed the demography of PÖK? Or any article or rule in current decade, which prohibits the Migration since they have to deal with India and they need an official proof to show the world.

They have changed the name of a place and called it Gilgit, will it no more be considered as Part of Kashmir? They have No law, which stops any Pakistani to migrate into Kashmir.

not sure is your version of minimum ? no one knows the exact no of Indian troops in occupied JK to maintain "law and order' estimate is somewhere between 500,000 to 1 million, with allegation of gross human rights violation e.g
a) extra judiciary killing
b) disappearance, abduction / torture
c) rape etc

Why should we be concerned of China as we don't have any disputed territory with them, but Kashmir is disputed territory and we have legitimate concern.

Your statement show you don't know how military works and where whole Kargil war was fought, ever heard of Nakiyal sector or Neelam Valley? do you know that your soldiers were crying for help in Ciachin during Kargil war as they were not able to get supplies. Our soldiers had hacked in to your transmission and were able to locate your transportation and after that our artillery get the job done and I know Indian will never believe that and I don't care.

And strangely enough it works. It is hard to overlook Pakistan's relevance in three important regions of the world: Central Asia, Middle East, and of course South Asia. That is why what we have to say gets heard and noted.

India can try as hard as it can, but it can not break us. We are perhaps the most resilient people in the world. The best way forward is having genuine peace. If Pakistanis stop worrying about survival, there would be no need for cultivating certain types of people that irk you. There would be no need for Fenced up borders.

The key to all that is with India. We just want to have peace with dignity and honor. Kashmir can solve itself.
