What the boys do is up to them, they are not touching her, or in some sort of contact sport. They are swimming in their own line, she in hers. This is something illogical and she won't be able to win.

She already got a big win for her and others when the court said in its statement that she can wear the burkini. Trust me, there was a pseudo-secular argument to be made against that - its a religious symbol - ban it!. So its a win, nonethless, take it and end the matter.

She does not have to leave germany, she can leave school and be home schooled. (not sure if that is considered child abuse in germany)
Also, not knowing local law before taking citizenship(or even living there) is not something you can use in court of law as defence.

Swimming is part of PE, which is a replaceable part of carricurum.
You dont have to play football for PE,if you dont want to,there are alternatives,or should be alternatives.
Same for swimming..
PE,is compulsory part of carricurum,swimming isnt.
Schools can be argued on these grounds,and can be made to comply purely on legislative basis.

An administrative court in Kassel, western Germany, rejected her application.

It said in its ruling that she could wear the full-body swimsuit, known as the "burkini" already used by several girls at her school, which would be enough to guarantee her religious freedom.

The family had chosen to live in Germany where mixed swimming classes were the norm, the court pointed out.

One of the aims of the school system was to promote integration and tolerance, the court added, citing a ruling by Germany's constitutional court.

The applicant would have to put up with the sight of her classmates in their swimming costumes, the court said.
