i am not an expert but i was a gold winner at district 200m flat................i always thought "a person who trains hard has better spirit than a person who is trained hard" but that is just me and the hard reality is a country can top the olympic lists only if "people are trained hard"...........i trained hard but couldnt go beyond the divisional level may be it was because of my attitude of "winning medals by enjoying sport" but i never regretted my attitude because every moment in my short run is etched in my memory...........

we are better trained in both sports and battle fields than other countries,in Korea and Japan they even train their athletes harder,for S.Korean archery training they made their archers stay in the graveyard and put snakes into those suits to train their nerves,Indians maybe have trouble to understand East Asians hard working and training ethics,nothing comes out easy.if you like to be an solider in the battlefields or an athlete in the Olympics,you train hard to be a superman.we believe in this.

china'd better focus on training some perfect spies like VN than keep wasting time and money with those low IQ chinese in cheap olympic games.

Many Diving and swimming teams have Underage Girls and Boys..

When I saw the pictures at first it look sheer torture and child abuse, the it reminded me the movie 300

I dont know what is the problem with some people who are complaining about CHINA training its young.
this is like a nobody making fun of somebody who is trying to make a mark of his/his countries name in the international arena.
if the kids have no problem in training so hard so that they can become successful, then there is no question of what method is being implemented.

the more the pain and hard work they go through the more they develop the attitude to face anything that comes up in the future. These training does not stop once they finish their sports career, but help them in being a successful person in professional and parental life
