There will be body changes as well as seen on Jf17B. Hopefully wider wing area, bigger nose for AESA

Jf17 block 3 will be 4+ generation lightweight fighter. If Jf17 block 4 comes then it will most likely be upgraded plane. It won't be a stealth plane or a complete different plane.

When Pakistan 5th generation fighter plane comes out it will be a whole new aircraft. It's too early to say what it will be named or if it be a single engine or dual engine.

We need to keep an eye on China. They tested the J31 but after 8years they only have 2 prototypes, so the planes has been delayed or rejected by the Chinese military. Once the future of J31 is confirmed then things will be more clearer as Pakistan will be inducting a Chinese 5th generation plane 100%.
However if a brand new plane is tested then it will be 2030 when we will see it in our skies. A long wait.

WoW. AESA with more hard point and a slightly powerful engine or other means of maintaining its T/W ratio (like reducing weight etc.) Thunder is reaching where PAF always wanted it to be!
