What is the difference between the PL10 and PL10E interms of specifications.

There is no official information about PL-10 used by PLAAF.
 
In fact, China is willing to, but the big issue is whether Pakistan can afford the price.

China doesn't always sell low-cost productions.

Which is lamentable and an almost unbelieveable oversight on part of the people in charge in PAF. An IRST sensor is going to be a lot cheaper than an AESA radar, couple of million dollars at best. And the cooling and space requirements are minimal in comparision, and it will be easier to retrofit an IRST into an existing design than adding an AESA which needs a lot of power and cooling.

yes, i dont think A-darter is on the roadmap for now at least.

Another example of bad procurement decisions. The A-Darter, MAA-1b and the associated technology is a low hanging fruit for the PAF, it is top of the line missile technology available from a known partner, and i imagine the South African and Brazilian industry would welcome a major and long term partnership as it ensure the survival of a troubled industry and technolgical base for them. Denel's and Mechtron's missile expertise can give Pakistan the technology for WVRAAM, BVRAAM, Air to Ground and Anti Radar Missiles, and for IR Sensors, Missile Seeker Radars, solid and ramjet motors, data links, cruise missile and stand off weapons. It is literally a treasure trove of technology that will hardly cost pakistan a few hundred million dollars at most
 
If PL-10 and HMDS is to be incorporated in JF-17 BLK 3 then I think you are right otherwise there is not a significant reason to purchase J-10C at this time of hour given PAF procurement policy.

You see this is how PAF use a fighter jet so for now J-10 is too late given PL-10, HMDS and AESA is incorporated in JF-17 BLK3

Im also from Cali...I used to eat almonds and substitute almond milk as opposed to regular milk for things like cereal. Then I read a few research papers about how the pesticides used on almonds is one of the factors killing off honey bees. Additionally growing almonds requires a lot of water...
...so keeping in mind all those things, I have stopped purchase/consumption of almonds and almond products. I recommend u should too.

yes they bring to the table full fledged niche solutions without the baggage of other players.

The JF-17 Block-3 is set to make a flight in August 2019 possibly on Pakistan independence Day.
The J-10C is without a doubt a very hi-tech platform and was the highlight of the exercise. But what is more intriguing is the fact that the Chinese had brought a PL-10 on the J-10C as well. Among the most lethal AAM of its class and if mated with the helmet on Block-3 JF it will wreak havoc . The folks also checked out its Eletro-Optical and IR sensor which again is being considered to be incorporated in Block-3. If both these add-ons are incorporated in Block-3 then any enemy edge is significantly blunted.
Block-3 will play a major role in a deal with Jordan and other Arab countries are waiting anxiously.
PAA is acquiring 60 ATAK gunships in two batches of 30.

What hmd is integrated on j-10 with pl-10 ??

As China and Pakistan move to expand JF-17 production, preparations are currently underway for the joint manufacture of two more advanced fighter jets - the JF-17 Block 3 and a fifth generation stealth fighter currently being developed under Project AZM. The new iteration of the JF-17 is set to enter service in the early 2020s, and will make use of conformal fuel tanks for an extended range and deploy superior electronic warfare systems and an AESA radar. Other details regarding the new fighter, including its use of an infra red search and track system and radar cross section reducing airframe, remain uncomfirmed. Project AZM similarly seeks to develop a light stealth fighter as an export oriented analogue to the Chinese J-31 - much as the JF-17 was designed as an export analogue to the J-10. The fighter will also be jointly manufactured by China and Pakistan, and will provide a lower maintenance and less costly counterpart to the American F-35 - while outperforming the U.S. jet in a number of its capabilities such as speed and operational altitude. The fighter is likely to also deploy more advanced Chinese manufactured air to air munitions such as the PL-15 and PL-12D.

As Sino-Pakistani defence cooperation continues to strengthen, the security of both countries will continue to improve. Pakistan’s Air Force has benefitted considerably from participation in the JF-17 program, acquiring large numbers of highly efficient and cost effective jets to replace its ageing Mirage III and Mirage 5 fighters. The JF-17 Block 3 is set to become the most capable fighter in the Pakistani Air Force, while the JF-17 Block 2 currently in service is already widely considered more capable than the F-16s it currently operates due primarily to its access to more advanced munitions - with the PL-12 far surpassing the capabilities of the American AIM-120B used by the U.S. made jets. The JF-17's access to advanced anti ship munitions such as the CM-400AKG, an air launched variant of the YJ-12 capable of engaging targets at extreme ranges and at speeds of up to Mach 4, further strengthens its appeal to both Pakistan, which otherwise retains highly limited naval capabilities, and to export clients abroad. As economic cooperation continues to fuel Pakistani economic growth and advancements to its military industrial base, the number of joint Sino-Pakistani weapons programs is set to continue to rise.

This unfortunately is not true and Its not Just Ra'ad, Mirages carry a more than a decent A2G payload.
