Ukraine has them too...And the separatists had overrun several Ukrainian military bases and some of whom had these type of air defenses . It is doubtful that Russia had provided them or had trained them to use them, since a lot of slaves from former Yugoslavia had joined them and some of them are trained to man the Buk...

What actions? Putin has done everything to stop the separatist from declaring a separate state. As a lot Europeans helping the Ukrainians, there are a lot of slavs who have the same sympathies for the separatists and are coming in drove to give them a hand...Blaming Putin role, while Russia is being surrounded by NATO , is a lack of sincerity...

State Department Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf described Russia's statements on MH17 plane crash as "misinformation" - but when reporters asked her whether Washington would be releasing their intelligence and satellite data, Harf only replied "may be." So far the US has been backing its statements by social media and "common sense."

those planes were shoot-down with other systems , and its 's possible that they had the radar but there is absolutely no evidence pointing to that.
