Counter measure against USA-ISIS activities. It is too late but good at all.
Please don't act like BBC propaganda, we have to stay ready for USA's plans in Afghanistani borders. Due to the fleeing terrorists towards Pakistan's borders from Afghanistan, also in that region some counters are needed to be taken

Iran's hands are already full in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and the rest of ME. After the parliment terror attack they will be focusing on internal security.
Last thing that Iran would like is to amass troops and missiles at that along Pak's borders.
Keep calm and keep the eye on the ball.
In the end game all of ME would be needing Pak, including Iran. So, no worries from Iranian side.
