Which is ? As far as I'm aware the backbone of USA navy airplane fleet is f-18.
AV-8A and AV-8B were used extensively by USMC, next to F/A-18

There are two generations and four main variants of the Harrier family, developed by both UK and US manufacturers:

Well as far as I'm aware USA used f-14 before they use f-18 by the way this is interesting about the reliability.
That is because US aviators had to learn how to use the Harrier proper. Again, the F-14 was used by the navy, and later came the F-18. With the USMC (Marines!) it was Harrier and then also F-18.

Blown up, it looks like a gearbox, pump, compressor or something like that to me. Stuff in the back shows F-14 Tomcat with wings retracted. In combination with the other picture, which may be a model of a turbofan, I'm inclined to think it is an F-14 component.

Cruise missiles aren't really air defence equipment.

Yeah, it could be a Mig-29, as it is partially covered and blurry. But that doesn't change my conclusion about the part. It could be a domestically replicated Mig-29 component then.

Before this I saw and knew that Owj produces different parts and spares of fighter jets like tiger + fighter jet mock up (actually I've seen their F-14 mock up , it was very nice) but didn't know they work on engines too ...

Can't tell, really. Why do you think it is?

5A is used on Airbus 320. Iran air currently operates 6 (it has more Airbus liners, but they are different types that use different engines). However, in January 2016 Iran Air signed an agreement for 118 Airbus aircraft (21 Airbus A320ceo, 24 Airbus A320neo, 27 Airbus A330, 18 Airbus A330-900neo, 16 Airbus A350-1000 and 12 Airbus A380-800s). The deliveries were set to begin as early as 2016 and are to be completed by the end of 2024, with the majority to be delivered by the end of 2020. So, that would eventually make a total of 51 of the A320, rather than the current 6.

ATA Airlines has 4 A320-200
Atrak Air has 2 A320
Iran Aseman Airlines has 3 A320-200

Kish Air has 2 A320-200
Mahan Air has an A321 in storage (CFM56-5B3?)
Meraj Airlines has 3 A320-200 and 1 A321-200
Qeshm Air has 3 A320-200
Zagros Airlines 10 A320-200

Counting only A320s, that's another 27 besides the 6 currently with Iran Air (i.e. 33 in service)

I still have to count 737 Classic in Iranian service, I see...

I figure maintenance / parts production could be performed locally. Full production seems unlikely.
