That is the flair launcher that can be seen in action at the 02:05 mark in the video below. they need to find a better place to mount it than the outer winglet pilons. Right now as is this cobra is unable to carry any external stores except for two Rocket pods on the inner winglet pilons.

Thank god I was mistaken. The white rectangular box mounted on the outer Pylon is not the Flair launcher as I had originally thought. The flair launcher is actually mounted above the white "Electronic Warfare" box.
