So what you call the sex between two drunk peoples? I was talking about night clubs/pubs where peopels go for drinking/dancing and many times single men/women go there to get a bed/sex partner for one night stand..there were many cases where a women end up on someone bed and later she registered a complaint about rape but the guy said that she was agree for sex and it was by mutual consent..

well u see the point is Islam is a flexible religion if u guys agreeee and instead opt for the normal procedure that is through court u need not worry of getting divorce by mouth but then again it all depend on ijmah

Good work Iran. Rapists should be given this as a punishment. If we didn't have secularist weakling cowards ruling us, I'd say this should be followed all over the world. Before anyone calls me inhuman here, please picture your own sisters, mothers, aunts etc against these rapists.

Rape should be only punished by execution. BUT the person should not be an innocent. He should be proven guilty righteously. Otherwise it is equally a sin.

No! India has done a better job, in providing justice.

There wasn't enough evidence against the accused....the judges thought so....and we have great faith in our esteemed judges.

Think logically.....women are not always innocent.

Obviously, prosecution should apply discretion when pursuing rape cases due to intoxication, same as they pursue discretion when pursuing statutory rape cases (for example in some countries if two people under the age of consent have sex with each other they have technically raped each other, but no one is going to prosecute them).

Read some of the comments by women who have been victimized and realize why this is a bad thing.

One person puts it very well: "You know what? The answer to this question is very simple. Get consent. If you don't have consent, find a bathroom and take care of yourself. If someone looks too drunk to be having sex, don't have sex with them. Stop making exuses for rapists."
