they don't check the aircraft before every flight , just when something is reported or scheduled maintenance
of course if the company doesn't have a lot of money , just like Taban Airlines , the maintenance is more rare

And how come both its engines failed at the same time? A twin engined plane can continue flying even with one engine, shortly after take off.
depends on the plane and the skill of the pilot . not all dual engine planes can continue with one engine .

even if the trust is enough for the flight to continue , extreme pilot skill is needed to control the plane from flipping and being dragged

they don't check the aircraft before every flight
how come ? i heard they are obliged to do so ?

the result of ignorance will be sth like this . 40 innocent ppl just vanished

RIP

Well, only one of its engines failed.

As it appears it was a Sepahan Air Ir-140(Sepahan air belongs to HESA) and it crashed in a military area and fortunately no one on the ground was hurt.

Im not here for trolling but c'mon mate this is a Antonov licence built in Iran, to be honest i dont think Iran can manufacture all critical parts of a Russian Turboprop engine.

Off course not at least not yet but there are planes for manufacturing most parts in Iran, but these are assembled in Iran and there is no shortage of spares.

Unfortunately 2 more IrAn-140(although one without fatalities) crashed in Iran and both of them had an engine failure due to problem with fuel control unit

They have to ground all these planes and figure out what is wrong with there fuel control units.

Hmm, ok, another question, is that much black smoke on a modern Engine normal?
For me it seems like these planes really have a problem with Engine.

An-140 always had problems(during the inauguration ceremony the Ukrainian An-140 that was carrying Ukrainian engineers and designers crashed and all of them died) this is one of the reasons that IRGC and IRIAF haven't shown interest in it.
