Saudi arabia officialy announced several times that if will make nuclear bombs if Iran should acquire them to. No need to read the article when its been said for so many times. Saudi-Arabia and the other arab countrie arent just going to watch and to nothing after they have been threathened by Iran as so many occasions, The UAE Island dispute for instance.

First of all that saudi airforce official brawl with ASF was due to his illogical approach twds normal security procedures and was one man's mistake just to get his son off security checking so dont get carried away.And he must have learnt by now and this incident doesnt represent either the approach of pakistani's twd saudia or vica versa.

I feel the most imp aspect of this forum is it let us see things through other's eyes and at the same time gives us a chance to learn new things.

I partially agree with this thread that Iran having a bomb many neutralize israeli threat to iran but at the same time i dun agree with it as it will increase concerns in saudia.

And yes the iranian centrifuges designs are based on pakistani machines though I have no idea whether Dr qadir did it by himself or he had govt backing as well.

I would accept it here that saudia helped Pak with unlimited dollars to build bomb but at the same time it was the expertise and secret means of pak agencies to get the tech from western companies and finally build a bomb and yes I am aware of the understanding b/w pak and saudia and that incase of any one attempting an adventure against saudia Pak will help by all means nuclear or whatsoever to thwart that attack.

Beside this bomb Pak has many other military successes ranging from JF 17,khalid tanks,cruise missiles etc in which saudia had no share at all.

Having said that I would like to accept my saudi brothers here to accept the fact that since King faisal who stopped US oil supply and was therefore got killed by US there have not been a single saudi ruler who was free of US influence which in other way means israeli influence as we all know how much influence israel has on states.

We should have a clear understanding of facts if we want to do some meaningful discussion here on this forum.

Well yes, But my point was simply that it certainly wouldnt stabilize the Middle-east. Israel having Nuclear bombs having nothing to do with this, This is about the possibility of a arms race that will start if Iran ever acquirs nukes.

Israel is not a signatory of NPT. Iran is. There is where the difference lies.

I do agree with yu on many aspects but this one is total rubbish.For saudia israeli nuclear bombs are more dangerous than iranians as their enmity for muslims is evident and yu guys have fought three wars with them not iran and this NPT thingy is nothing but crap.Dont let state propaganda blind our eyes.We are independent individuals with own thoughts so think yrself .Besides Iran knows Pak strategic alliance with saudia and will never dare to go beyond certain lines.

As I said in the start of this thread. I am the first supporter of iran acquiring Nuclear weapons. Nothing will make me happier. I will be the first one to celebrate it here and would invite you all to dinner the day it is announced.
