Yeah sure the force tripling in numbers since 2003 indicate that it is only operating the CSS-2 missiles. Right?

DF-3 (CSS-2) are obsolete and are expired. KSA can not make any missile itself. And now it can not import it either because of missile ban treaty which prohibits the sale or transfer of technology for missile with a range greater than 300 Km. Maybe they are making a museum there for the expired and rusty DF-3's. That is the only explanation since KSA has never even tested a single ballistic missile in its history.

With 60-120 kilometers you can only hit inside the Saudi. It is not a strategic asset.

Missile are not enough. Get/make more missile, i mean Cruise missiles and make Saudi Arabia more stronger.
You need Terrain hugging or strong cruise missile system.

Jordan recognizes Israel and has an embassy there. Pakistan does not. Iran does not. So get a life.

As for strategic BM in KSA, there is none. KSA does not have any operational BM. Even those dud and dead DF-3's were never even tested. Saudi air force could not bomb Baghdad and had to get US to protect it. So no, KSA air force is nothing. All they can do is fly high and radio: "Mayday, Mayday, We need US air force to protect the king, Long live the King, Mayday, Mayday". That is their only operational capability.

As the OP article clearly says, there will be no arms race. Saudis did not even go to an arms race when Israel got its nukes. Read the article first.
