* Weather affecting tech. was made since '60-70s, by your tone it seems you think there isnt such tech. at all. Look up, nothing new here.

* We dont know if what VP claiming is true, and even if he is - its hard to prove. Common sense suggests, that if US posses such tech. (and they do), they'll use it against the perceived enemy like Iran, since US already using all other possible means to sabotage the country.
