The day this guy was caught, he had 2 options ...

Option 1 :
Stick to his fake passport story as a businessman and get all the possible punishment to open up and die without any one knowing.

Option 2 :
Open up and tell everything. by doing this he got the status of enemy spy and active soldier with proper handling. Atleast he wont die without anyone knowing.

He choose the 2nd Option and rest is history. Spy's sometimes end up like this and they know the danger they are going into.

Now, india is never going to agree of him as a spy as this will create more issues for them. they will always go by the fabricated story they started by giving him fake passport(that is the reason they issue it in the worst case).

ISLAMABAD: A senior Iranian official has said that his country’s investigations into Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav’s presence in Iran, prior to his capture in Pakistan, have remained inconclusive.

“Had there been any result, it would have been shared with Pakistan,” Allaudin Boroujerdi, Chairman of Committee for Foreign Policy and National Security of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, said while responding to a question at a press conference held on Friday at the end of his three-day visit in which he met Adviser to the PM on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, National Security Adviser retired Lt Gen Nasser Janjua, Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq and heads of parliamentary bodies.

Mr Boroujerdi spoke through an interpreter.

This was the first time that an Iranian official had publicly shared the update on the issue that has damaged mutual trust.

If Pakistan place the evidences against Kulbhushan Jadhav in public there won't be need for any Pakistani giving such unsolicited suggestions. Indian Government has already accepted that Kulbhushan Jadhav is a former Naval Officer, and it's a golden opportunity for Pakistan to prove it to the rest of the world how India is involved in spreading unrest in Pakistan. So once again kindly place evidences against Kulbhushan Jadhav in public for the world to see and judge.

Indians I have couple of suggestions for you on the issue of Kalbhushan Yadav. First you need to stop saying it that he is not your spy he was your SPY and the moment we would send his body back your RAW will admit it or at least through all the media hiding behind sources. Secondly he is our enemy and we are going to send him to gallows but you should be proud he was serving your country and he served till end until one mistake he ended up making which led to his capture. But he served his country as for that even I salute him. I am not the kind who either under estimates the enemy or not appreciate the enemy soldier on his commitment to his job and bravery.

He may have been a spy - in all likelihood he is a spy but he has been tried for terrorism which is completely different from espionage. Even if the penalty for both crimes may be the same, there is a sea of difference between the charges leveled. Pakistan is making him out to be some James Bond kind of guy who was roaming around Balochistan spreading terror while speaking in Marathi on a cell phone and traveling on an Indian passport.

Hardcore, mass murdering spy- who already gave up his family, a peaceful life back in India- to kill innocent Pakistanis would crack in a short time and claim the he was not tortured, but treated like an officer by the Pak officials and that he is not being pressured to make a confession ON CAMERA. Initial reporting suggested he was caught in Iran.
Initial Pakistani reporting could not clarify where he was caught, and wrong locations of capture were named.
Confessions made under custody are not valid evidences.
Please have some clarity. I know you all love your country but blindly believing everything you hear entirely- is harmful. Take a second and absorb the situation as a whole, and not just what your media tells you.
The proceedings were done in secrecy. I hope the court proceedings are made public and the truth comes out, .

Hazrat what is wrong with u, u dont salute enemy combatants because u dont respect their ideology or the cause which they are fighting for, u afford them some rights to dignity, self esteem, fair treatment etc because that is what civilized human do and kalbaushan was not just an enemy combatant, he was not just serving his country in a normal manner like spying espionage etc, he was running a terrorism ring that was blowing innocent people up, enemy combatants are only afforded dignity when they abide by the rules of war of only engaging security personal not civilians, kalbaushan didnt abide by those rules, he was an animal, absolute animal blowing innocent civilians up, he needs to he shot and buried in an unmarked grave, he was a termite and if indians feel proud of his cowardly shit achievements of killing innocents than the indian state is a terrorist state and we dont have to abide by the rules of war when fighting them, u dont act as human with animals..
