IAF's fighter plane Sukhoi 30 crashes in Nagaon in Assam

yes its a serious problem,

but we lost the c130 also, it hurts me most.........

Saying this before the cause of the crash has even been established? How very unfair bro. It is very easy for us sat behind keyboards to criticise but few of us actually know the absurd amount of work that goes into making these inherently dangerous machines, relatively, safe to fly on a daily basis.
Well it's wasn't the Pakistani missiles ? So it's either a Pilot error or a mechanical failure and who's responsible on both these accounts?
These guys have been crashing planes like you can buy them from Toyrus for a few pennies.Keeping these aircraft's airworthy and in the air is IAF's job and they are getting paid to do it but the records show they aren't really good at it.These bunch of incompetent wankers will even crash brand new Rafale's like the C130.

Do you happen to know the reasons of 6 failures?
30 April 2009 in the Pokhran region of Rajasthan, at Rajmathai village - cause of the crash was "failure of the fly-by-wire system". crash was caused by the incorrect position of critical switches behind the pilots and outside their field of view. Wing Commander PS Nara was killed in the mishap, while Wing Commander SV Munje was injured. Critical switches identified by investigators were inhibited.

30 November 2009 in Jathegaon, about 40 km from Jaisalmer after a fire warning. Both aircrew ejected safely. - attributed to accidental ingestion of a foreign material in the engine intake.

13 December 2011; both the pilots ejected safely. - crash was due to a malfunction in the fly-by-wire system. Wing Commander Gurkirat Singh Sohal, the pilot of the plane was conferred with the Vayu Sena Medal (Gallantry)

19 February 2013 during the rehearsal of the Iron Fist Exercise. - the aircraft's right wing exploded, both the pilots ejected safely with no damage to any property or life on ground. the WSO Wing Commander Vikram Singh Chauhan was awarded the Vayusena Medal (Gallantry)

14 October 2014, 20 km off Pune Lohegaon Air Force Station. Wing Commander Sidharth V Munje and his co-pilot Flying Officer Anup Kumar ejected safely. - the Su-30MKI ejected both of its operators without prior warning due to a fault in the ejection system.

19 May 2015 flying from Tezpur's Salanibari Air Force station on a routine sortie, lost conact with the radar at the air force station at around 12:30 PM and crashed. The aircraft had developed a technical problem

this claim was contested by the Russians and one of the pilots involved here was also involved in a previous crash.. any more details on it ?

how do you Asses that Even USAF crashed 5-6 F-22 raptors in Just 9 years of there Service Although USAF only operates 194 of them f-22 cost around 8 times of the Taxpayers Money

As long as pilots are safe i wont swet.much. A fighter can be replaced but to replace a couple of good pilots is tough. EXPERIENCE always counts.

How do you asses PAF that they have wrecked less planes than IAF. Stop throwing around rhetorical questions.

Can you list those 5-6 F-22 crashes ? Don't post a freaking Wikipedia entry...just research it a bit and come back, educate us all about the 5/6 F22 crashes.

You won't sweat much because you are not part of the group of Indians who spend there lives on roadsides with no food and shelter.
Explain to them that a hundred crore fighter crashing isn't a biggie. o_O

Again?

I am lost for words。

I predict 10 more crashes this year for the IAF。:hitwall:

It's just the start, now that IAF has started to fly Sukhois due to "crashed" shortage of Mig 21's, they are proving that regardless of how modern, advanced, and reliable a plane, it's never safe from IAF pilots.

Its 5th su 30 in five years. Isn't it?

IAF pilots.

what was the cause of crash????

Probably because Sukhoi is looking more like a Mig 21 in crash performance.

Geez! when will the media ever get things right!? Article on Su30MKI crash (the only Su-30 variant IAF flies) is shown with an image of a MiG-21!!

The Mig-21 crash rate has declined for three reasons
1) They are being replaced
2) A large amount of them have been upgraded to the "Bison" standard
3)They are being flown less because of the risks involved

That's actually very amusing. Can you please explain how does that solve the problem?
