The last available data is from 2012-13 were the figure was 0.22 crashes for every 10,000 flight hours- which is amongst the lowest in the world. The figure won't be remarkably different for last year.Do you know what is the Ratio of the hours flown to Crash rate is for the IAF ?
This is not the first time that a brand new C130 j has crashed, just 1 year before this incident the Norwegian AF had a similar kind of crash with their C130 j variantTalking about brand new toys, well that was a single engine jet, now what about the Brand New Four Engine C-130 J.

As for dassault its a completely established firm with ultra modernised manufacturing capabilities But dassault never expressed that it doesn't want to work with Hal in any stage.
