I was trolling through YouTube and came across two good Indian inductions

TATA Castrol IFV and K9 Thunder artillery

the K9 Thunder is a good SP artillery system and quiet mobile from South Korea.

On paper TATA Castrol seems like a good system comparable US strikers.

what are Pakistani options to counter these systems slated for induction in the IA

This is a newer version of the Pars

I personally like turkish over chinese counterparts. That even goes for T129 over Z10

you can easily damage tires of these vehicles and they will face difficulty in movement, they can be good option against terrorists but not suitable for use in war with proper army

@Joe Shearer you guys never pay attention to positive posts lol

:o: That was a positive post?

I thought you were talking about Castor Oil, and I was hiding in the cupboard!

No, seriously, once I am better, I will respond; this kind of technology is just what we need, with some modifications, and I'd like to comment on it once I'm up again.

This is the proposed FICV from L&T.
Yeah, some prototypes and modules of L&T's FICV have been exhibited during DefExpo 2020

The chassis actually isn't long as it looks in the picture...it's just the angle in which it was clicked

These are Tata's wheeled version of the Kestrel. I heard a tracked version is also being developed

This is a tracked version developed by OFB Medak

So you think firing an ATGM or rocket launcher on the tracks wouldn't damage it?? Countries have always used both tracked and wheeled versions of Infantry combat vehicles since a long time

Turkey and China use FNSS Pars and ZBL-09 in hundreds as mentioned in post#5
