It took what, 8 months after the genocide for Turkey to announce export restrictions with a waiver for another 3 or 4 months, not including Azeri oil. That is based on reports I read. Contrast this with immediate actions Turkey took against the genocidal Assad regime, such as cutting off all ties along with military actions and posturing. Goes back to my point that 'Arabs and Muslims' easily and eagerly attack and kill Arabs and Muslims. They have no respect for each other, which is why OIC is a farce and a danger to minority muslim communities under persecution and Islamophobia.
