Why do you have to make circuitous arguments instead of calling spade a spade? Gulf States consider Hamas and its tactics as dangerous to the life and property of Gazans and other Arabs, lowers international support and sympathy for the cause of Palestinians and even jacks up Islamophobia. They are just not into this terrorism business after what 9/11 and the next two decades did to their countries, people, wealth and image. They have serious disagreements, and internal divisions, just like we have, but the beauty of a democratic system is it prevents a Saddam Hussein or Qaddafi committing national suicide.
