Egypt expels Turkish ambassador

Egyptians are retards.

First toppling their legitimate government, second supporting the dictatorship which paralyzes the whole society, and now third...souring relations with the most aspiring power of the region..

Egyptians are such retards that they have a satirical show where one comedian makes fun of government. When that show criticized Morsi, Muslim Brotherhood government sent them a 'notice' and Egyptians were APPALLED! Freedom of speech or democracy were under thread by evillll "Islamists" blah blah..

Now, the same show criticized military on something, and the military just banned the show and took it off air  And Egyptians are now sitting like dumb ducks....
Most importantly, Egyptians destroyed their economy, with Morsi Egypt was slowly getting back on his knees. Now Egypt has sacked in deep shit again. None of the issues of the protesters are met, there is still no freedom of speech and democracy is also nowhere to be seen. Sometimes you have to choose between the lesser of two evils.

Exactly.

Muslim Brotherhood should've been give a fair chance..and if they had failed..just kick them out of power. This would've either destroyed MB or forced them to "reform" themselves. In any case, it would have been good for Egypt. A step forward.

Now, Egyptians are all back to square 0...and even below that.

Dumb Egyptians are dumb.

It is actually sad for regular Egyptians. Now Egypt is back in chaos and economy destroyed everybody will loose. Democracy and freedom of speech is not there with this new government. So this coup was for nothing. US should stop aid to this begger basket country called Egypt. This country has always been like this, always looking at other people's hands for free hand-out. They take hand-out money from US but when a brother country who only has good intent for Egypt they lash out and insult us by expelling the Turkish envoy.

A turkish envoy? Turkey has no right to interfer in egyptian politics. Erdogan has a long history for bullshit bingo with other countries.

Egyptians are retards.

Well I'm about to prove you right aren't I.

First toppling their legitimate government

Firstly, the executive (PM and all ministerial positions) were unelected. Secondly, the majority of ministers resigned on the 30th of June before Morsi was relieved of his duties.

Morsi wasn't legitimate after his constitutional decree. You should probably look it up.

second supporting the dictatorship which paralyzes the whole society, and now third...souring relations with the most aspiring power of the region..

It was the Turkish premiers decision to sour relations. Egypt hasn't cut any diplomatic relations with other nations.

Now if you actually bothered reading any article on the events that lead to the show being plugged I wouldn't need to reply to you but since you have no clue about anything regarding Egypt I have to.

Regarding the 'notice', it was really a case sent to the General Prosecuter in order to investigate Bassem Youssef for insulting Islam and the president (which obviously didn't stick).

Regarding the military and the show apparently being "banned", the show was pulled off air by CBC not the military (CBC being the channel the show was being aired on). CBC had received public reports complaining about the show to which it released an apologetic message on air which angered Bassem Youssef and he decided to dedicate an entire episode to rip the channels policies and presenters apart (it supported the Mubarak regime). That lead to him being plugged. Bassem Youssef was making fun of the military when the SCAF was in power and nothing happened to him and his show isn't banned hes stuck in a state of limbo because of his contract when those issues are resolved he can move to any channel and continue his YouTube broadcasts (which get millions of views). He also has a weekly article in the papers (that wasn't "banned").

Most importantly, Egyptians destroyed their economy, with Morsi Egypt was slowly getting back on his knees.

Foreign reserves cut in half over a span of a year, unemployment up a couple of percentage points, currency being devalued, fuel crisis, electricity crisis, and negotiations with the IMF over a loan which would lead to subsidies being cut on goods and fuels (look what happened when Sadat tried to do that). Egypt wasn't getting back on her knees she was being drowned by inept ministers who had no clue what they were doing.

None of the issues of the protesters are met, there is still no freedom of speech and democracy is also nowhere to be seen.

Because Morsi was going to deliver bread (signifying life), freedom, and social justice, right?

Morsi was also going to deliver a nation in which democratic processes were respected as was the rule of law, right?

Sometimes you have to choose between the lesser of two evils.

Most of the times there isn't a lesser of two evils. Welcome to the real world.

Muslim Brotherhood should've been give a fair chance..and if they had failed..just kick them out of power.

Again, constitutional decree look it up. Morsi wasn't kicked out because he couldn't deliver economic power in the space of months......

Dumb Egyptians are dumb.

Love you too.

Democracy and freedom of speech is not there with this new government.

It wasn't there with the last one either. Anyway, the referendum on the constitution should be in a month or so with parliamentary elections a few months after that and the presidential elections by the start of next summer.

US should stop aid to this begger basket country called Egypt.

The military aid is a stipulation of the 1979 peace treaty. They have no control on whether it can be cancelled or not.

This country has always been like this, always looking at other people's hands for free hand-out.
Please tell me more Mr. Egyptologist. I'm sure you have detailed knowledge of thousands of years of history.

They take hand-out money from US but when a brother country who only has good intent for Egypt they lash out and insult us by expelling the Turkish envoy.

The actions of your premier has lead to this not the actions of Egypt.

Same thing applies to Germany as well right ?
LOL, ask the Greeks, Italians, Spaniards... they could kill EU which is known as (failed) German Empire who puts their nose in every hole of their subjects. Haha so funny he tells Turkey to mind his own business.

You can't expect Morsi to fix these problems in couple of months. That is the problem with you Arabs. Your former dictators had had their chance and now the dictators are in power again. Nothing changed as you admitted. At least Morsi had a good chance. These new Arab "leaders" are arrogant and obviously Arab nationalist who can't stomach some advice from a friendly country who never had bad intent towards Egypt.

Well, US should cut the aid since that is foreign interference, right?

No one did, What we expected was reform and/or change and that didn't happen. Morsi wasn't overthrown because of his governments inability to rehabilitate the economy.

That is the problem with you Arabs.

Seriously, racism?

This is two years after a revolution. No country becomes stable and develops a liberal democratic system after two years of an uprising. Egypt will need a decade or more to adopt the traits required for a liberal democracy and that includes getting rid of people who use religion to gain support and/or oppress their people, that also includes bringing the military under civilian oversight.

At least Morsi had a good chance.

And he squandered it, well the MB did since Morsi was never really in charge.

These new Arab "leaders" are arrogant and obviously Arab nationalist who can't stomach some advice from a friendly country who never had bad intent towards Egypt.

It's the opposite, its Erdo that's arrogant. He is directly interfering in Egyptian matters, by saying Morsi remains the legitimate president of Egypt and calling for his release. Egypt doesn't interfere in Turkish matters and never will and the intent of the Turkish people or the nation itself is not being questioned, only Erdogans intentions are.

Well, US should cut the aid since that is foreign interference, right?

No that isn't. They can't use it as a lever for influence since its a stipulation and must be delivered otherwise the peace treaty with Israel is endangered.

Your playing Turkic nationalist, ever thought about your racist words towards us ?
Now what if all Arabs play this Pan Arabist stuff and side against you ?

Even the Turkish users complain about you, think about it and act normal.

The southern european countries depend on our loans to stay afloat. We pay their bills, we make the rules. As long they depened on our money we have evry right to decide what they do. When they paid back their debt, we can decide new decissions. Till then, we decide. Thats totally logical. Some people think it may be ok to live over your standard and then not pay the bills. But now they get teached some discipline.

Turkey on the other hand tries to interfer with egypt in a way that i see as unacceptable.

Are you serious? The Eurozone was your invention you made them dependent on you, and now when they cant carry out your Euro, you say they have to do whatever you want?

This shows how stupid the idea is to enter European Union, are the southern europeans you slaves or what?
What do you think you are?

You do now that a strong euro favours the german economy but not the southern ones ,yes ? Basically the Eurozone helped Germany but crippled Spain,Italy,Greece,Potugal who used to weaken their currencies to favour exports. In a nutshell these countries are mostly the victims of european economic and monetary integration not the lazy f*cks you portray them to be.

I predict Egypt to be a failed State in future living on the Charity of Gulf Countries and KSA.

It is sad to say but you nailed it...Morsi cut ties with Syria under pressure from Qatar, and Sissi with Turkey under pressure from the Saudi's...Its money that is doing their bidding...It is really sad for a country who's culture span over thousand years.
There is one thing Saddam saw right when he compared Egyptian politicians to a taxi phone.
