But they can take steps, can't they? Wasn't Government recently discussing about UCC implementation? So why is there no discussion about banning this man and his sermons while knowing how dangerous this is becoming considering the OP. Either the government can't ban him or doesn't want to ban him...

I hope you know one Anwar Al Awlaki a american preacher who was killed couple of years back and he was also banned by Americans. His sermons even after his death is creating suicide terrorists.
Even this *** hole is banned what will happen except the govt getting dragged another needless controversy and getting another month of defending those actions and getting another name tag as communal... and some would say... didn't i say so....

So if we believe he is dangerous, then why not stop him. You can't stop everything but you will diminish his presence/reach, Won't you? By not banning, you are letting his reach expand/sustain...
