You have a habit of shooting from the hip, as it seems you have little or no knowledge of military affairs. For our information:
The Indian Navy is the world’s eighth largest navy with a fleet of 145 vessels consisting of missile-capable warships, advanced submarines, the latest naval aircraft and an aircraft carrier in its inventory. It is experienced both in combat and rescue operations during wartime and peace as seen from its wars with Pakistan in 1971, the December 2004 Tsunami, etc.
On the other hand, China’s PLA Navy with its 284 fleet is quantitatively larger but primitive in actual experience and training as compared to the Indian Navy. China has no aircraft carriers in its naval fleet at present.
And then, just having an aircraft carrier is of no use to man or beast. There needs to be a full compliment of guided missile cruisers, a destroyer squadron, attack submarines, combined ammunition, oiler and supply ship (AOE/AOR), usually Supply-class (T-AOE) which provide logistic support, integrated satellite recon and so on for a carrier strike group to be fully ops.
You're comparing apples with oranges. Quality vs quantity.
