I’m sure a lot of business owners would love to know how the biggest conglomerate in the country manages to go through every year without a financial audit. They’d probably love to hear how to do that.

Also, I think the army chief deserves a lot of credit for his varied and unwavering service to the nation, from taking calls from the Biden administration, to mending ties with Saudi personally, meeting with the business community, frequent briefings with the PM, it’s truly spectacular to behold. Extension well earned.

Why does the Army need to get involved?

If Cartoon-e-Azam PM Imran Khan is performing bad, his political party the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Baqwas need to force him to resign and put forward another candidate. Thats how it works in civilised nations.

Here is the difference:
Army chief serves the nation alongside military incorporated interests.
Nawaz Sharif and other corrupt politicians serve themselves only.

No it's a normal behavior because Pakistan is not a normal nation. It is run through complex networks of political kinship where top civil military brass has deep connections with each other. Justices like Shaukat and Faez Isa are not fighting for constitution and rule of law but to help corrupt people like Nawaz Sharif back in power. They are part of the problem not the solution.

Yeah sure, those two judges are fighting for the return of Nawaz Sharif. The both are corrupt.
But the main causes are the Sharifs. In the past they had Justice Qayyum and others in their pockets.
Before that they stormed the SCP when the CJ didn't respond favourably to them.

Thus, the problem is this family. They should be thrown out of the politics, otherwise they will keep corrupting judges and other segments of the society, including the generals.
