BNP will be destroyed by Jamaat: Nasim - bdnews24.com

Senior Awami League leader Mohammad Nasim on Friday said the BNP and its key partner Jamaat-e-Islami were conspiring together to foil the 1971 war crimes trials.

“Khaleda Zia is plotting with Jamaat to thwart the trials of the war criminals through countrywide violence including killing police, attacking minorities, setting prayer mats on fire inside the mosque, torching the national flag and vandalising Shaheed Minars,” he said.

Jamaat and its student wing, Islami Chhatra Shibir, were far more dangerous than snakes, he observed. “BNP will be destroyed by them.”

The former Home Minister’s remarks came in the evening at a rally of the ruling 14-Party alliance at Gaibandha’s Sundarganj.

He said, “The Awami League may have its share of mistakes and the people will decide about that. But those who are killing people by torching vehicles and support tormentors of minorities, Jamaat and Shibir, the people have learned about their real face.”

Nasim, also a ruling party Presidium member, said they were visiting Sundarganj to convey their condolences and support to the victims of the recent violence by Jamaat, Shibir there.

After the International Crimes Tribunal-1 sentenced Jamaat number two Delwar Hossain Sayedee to death on Feb 28, Jamaat and Shibir activists unleashed a string of violence across the country.

Bamondanga Railway Station at Sundarganj was also attacked in the afternoon that day. Sayedee supporters later also attacked and vandalised the local police camp, office of the Awami League’s local unit, Muktijoddha Sangsad office, Belka Union Parishad office in the Upazila, residence of the Upazila Vice-Chairman and houses of several local Awami League leaders.

Several people including police officials were also killed in this violence while some others were injured.

All I can say is, fat chance.

 man was in cave for a few decades it seems. Missed all the chatra league action

Nasim and AL are good at shedding crocodile's tears. They should celebrate the destruction of BNP. Yet they are crying. Last time, it was the Home Minister Nasim who was responsible for his own and his party's destruction in the election. This time, it is MoKha Alamgir's turn to destroy his own party by unleashing his police force to kill people.

Our bonbobir Kader siddique says that mokha alamgir should be hanged 5 times for all the crimes he did  and now he is a *******

This is what Kader Siddiqui said about banning Jamaat...in a Pakistani news paper...

Analysis: Calls grow for banning Jamaat-e-Islami in BD – The Express Tribune

Bangabir Kader Siddiqui, veteran freedom fighter says that if Jamaat wants to do politics in the country, it has to take the decision right now – does it want the Razakars (collaborators of Pakistani forces during 1971 war) to be tried or not?

“They have no right to live and do politics in a country of whose liberation they fought against,” he says.

So this is no wonder he is well aware of the war crime that was carried out by these arrested war criminals. This is strange why he had given comments against BAL in a Jamaati media while remaining quite about Jamaati war criminals. Already Kader Siddiqui have been sued for it and yet he has not provided any evidence to support his claim. If remaining an ADC becomes one Rezakar there were thousands of Rezakars are around as there were many bengali government officials around there back in 71.

Most importantly we are talking about war criminals and all rezakars were not war criminals. Shaikh Mujibur rahman himself pardoned thousands of rezakars those who were not directly involved in war crime.

The likely reason for his comment against home minister is that either he got financial advantage from Jamaat as Jamaat is spending big chunk of money to spread propaganda or he is still in pain for his kicking out of BAL. Even he was condemned by his own brother.

From the beginning of this drama, everyone including BNP has been asking for a fair trial, if they are found guilty then fine. If not, then also fine, but we don't want political killings.

Let me tell you a secret, a great reason behind people's unsatisfaction with Mujib was because he let those officials carry on and not replace them with mukti joddhas. And that is one of th reasos, your leader got killed, son. But too bad the revolution ain't complete yet.

Nope, tiger probably found out that Jamati were only speaking against the partition, not doing war crimes. And none of their names were in the original war criminal list so keep your rants to yourself

So you are calling for killing of PM of Bangladesh who is the daughter of Shaikh Mijibur Rahman.... Fantastic.

Shaikh Mujibur Rahman was also the leader of Gulham Azam and Ziaur Rahman. None of them even uttered a single word against him in Bangladesh.

How many times over the past 4 years did BAL shed such concerns for BNP? This has become a joke. Infact most statements from BAL leaders have become a joke now.

Now now children.let's play it nice.BNP and AL will be playing the field for quite some time in the future.we will be here to witness their kartutis.so just sit tight and enjoy the show.
