armour speed and firepower are not the only big things in the tanks.
I doubt avoinics are better as the current leopard 2 and challanger 2 .. same for altay.
those chinese and russian techs are old.

From what I heard, T-99 was deemed impractical, it was too expensive as compared to other Chinese tanks like T-96/98 but I also noticed what you have pointed out and have mentioned that T-96(Chinese) deserves to be in the Top Ten.

The T99 is expensive, that is true. But it is not too expensive to be produced. China have been built over 300(about) T99, T99 are the main weapen of PLA's land force.
T96 is cheaper than T99,but it is not as advanced as T99.
T99 has a "Laser Defence and Attack" system which seem powerful.
The advanced T96 looks like T99 very much. Even they are look the same.
This is the new T96.
