BD to Purchase Submarines

Every right to buy a submarine. But is it necessary? India poses no threat. Very expensive to maintain. 50% of foreign exchange of BD does not come in form of aid from US, so its like keeping an elephant. Heard BD had some issues with Myanmar near chittagong recently!

Thats why we are allowing Chinese to build deep sea port in Bangladesh and use it for their trade. Blocakde on Bangladesh means blockage on China.. Do you know what that means? That means they will be waiting on South China sea to stop you going east and will be waiting in Gadwar to stop you going west. Now the trade part is not only in Chinas interest but also Indias interest. Will India take that risk?

Nopes we wont be attacking. We will be just having defensive postures with nothing to go in or go out from all 4 sides. We dont need to attack to actually to crumble you to submission. we just have to stop the trade for a week. You dont have enough foreign reserves to take care of your people for more than week.
Since Indian intests are already at stake then only we are going to attack.

Looks like you are bringing China into this again? Sir let me tell you: the involvement of China in a conflict between India-Bangladesh could draw Russian intervention and quite possibly the US (who control the sea lanes in the Indian ocean). Now understand this, this would mean a large scale war, something that no-one wants to see especially NOT China!

NO its nothing to do with Pakistan. BD's relation with India are purely economical. There will never be any defence related deal neither it will become a strategic partner of India.

By the way Awami League had a reputation of spending high on defence. Even right after the independence in 1971, Mujib bought Mig-21 one of the most advanced aircraft of that time which india possessed.

USA is our friend, so does Britain (who will side with BD and neutralize USA for selling some more arms to India). The best they will do is to ask India to behave and go back to status quo.
