No such thing as parsi speaking Baluch tribes exists.it is fact Iranian are more nationalistic than anything else, even I have noticed our side of Persian-speaking Baluch tribes.
The hazaras speaks dari or perhaps the Qazilbash/tajiks.
Never knew quarter of Irans population is Sunni like Paks ia shia.The Shia/Sunni ratio is roughly the same inversely in Pakistan as it is in Iran, however at least half of heads of state belonged to the Shia minority and the head of military, Joint Chief of Staff was a Shia (Gen. Musa Khan) back in the 60s.
That said Gen Musa wasnt the only one. Air Mar Sharbat Ali Changezi and many others however in Pakistan we dont make a big thing out of merit based promotions. Its not uncommon here like Iran which is essentially is essentially a shia state. Pak despite being majority sunni isnt a secterian state.
