A reality check for Pakistan?

the worst case scenario, based on assumption that the world is up to disintegrate Pakistan and for what benefit? why all the hassle to loose their 70 billion and one of the largest weapon consumer market??

Remember the engagement between Nations is not that simple as you put. calling it realistic, its rather over feared and simplified,

Pakistan is the 5th largest nation, with 6th largest army and a nuclear armed force, with a resilient nation, lift your head and stop fearing the foreign propaganda of modern day slavery !!

.

Then why the f this idiot Taliban Khan is hell bent on supporting Tehrike Terrorist Pakistan (TTP)?

Why not make even one (even though we need daily repeat) fing statement that simply says "PTI and its followers will support 100% our army and our police in crushing the Mullah scum"?

But PTI will not do. As it clearly stands for "anti-Pakistan Terrorists wal Islamists (PTI)".

......
who is not a terrorist in MQM, they are all murderers and follow this narrative.

I'm among the Urdu speaking group who absolutely loath Murda wa Qattal Movement (MQM).

But PTI is turning out to be the same type of terrorist supporting entity. Sadly.

that's a good question.Do you know that pak sponsored terrorism in india has destroyed many families in Mumbai ( both hindu and muslim) and many other indian cities.
why are they doing it? if they want o fight Kashmir they should fight the army in Kashmir, not families in delhi.
that's why I want every pak family to know what it is when a foreign country causes terror for an unknown cause.
Why don't you read my question again and give it some thought.

The easiest way for Pakistan is to declare Drone Attacks illegal and a violation of its Sovereignty and challenge the US in United Nations which is already against Drone attacks. Pass a resolution in General Assembly against these Drone Attacks. Once that is done, now they have international legitimacy to their cause and then they can declare that Pakistan armed Forces will shoot down Drones attacking its territory.

Sure, let us see them start the process as you describe. Why have they not done it up till now?

Problem is the federal govt or the army is not sincere to the cause, they secretly back the drone strikes...

PTI if possible should get anti-aircraft guns if possible and give it to police to shot down drone as no contract is acknowledged so shooting down an unidentified object, wouldnt raise any objection...just a wild suggestion :D

by the way PTI will be pressurizing federal govt too by protesting outside parliament. maybe some shame they get and try to end this insane war..

Ahh yes, anti-aircraft batteries without military authorization. Great idea!

Drone strikes that kill TTP pigs are in our national interest . Army is sincere to its cause and that is "protection of the state of Pakistan" .

Like Imran Khan says, duniya uski izzat kerti hai jo apni izzat kerwatay hain...

A real capitalist don't want to let away "Golden Hen". There is no importance who is ruling but important what he is going to decide so get decision and then get ride of him.

So there is no place of your words in emotion-less world.

this raises concept of sovereignty. for many its just a word.

police is provincial subject, if it deems necessary, it can purchase or acquire any set of skills and machines to maintain law and order, and no military authorization required in this, unless the weapon is in banned list for police in their constitution or some special provision bars police from such purchase.

If you can accept financial aid from your worst enemy for "maintaining" your so called sovereignty , then why over react when the same enemy helps you get rid of a few "cancerous" elements of your society ??

Lets just put the politics aside, and think for a while where are we standing today as a sovereign and respectable nation after jumping into WoT on US pressure / love? We have brought ourselves to such a level that even Iran can bomb inside Pakistani territory today. Where are we heading towards and what's the end result we are aiming at?

Hey, I don't usually talk much here but todays an exception. ;)

So, you asked "Where are we heading towards and what's the end result we are aiming at?"

A simple answer would be that things are surely going to disintegrate but Pakistan itself will not.

Allah will not let it happen. Believe that. :-)

There are some wars coming, on the horizon (who knows) but seriously, you should stop looking at some news channels like Geo. They are there for reasons other than being told to us.

Also try to avoid troll threads.

Take Care:pakistan:

That sounds about right, but confronting foreign forces is clearly military jurisdiction. It's not hard to imagine how the military would react to such a policy. And seeing as how much our police forces are vulnerable to corruption, such weapons in their arsenal could be seen as a threat to our own air force.

In my opinion its a matter of how long we would be fed and taught to be scared of the American boogeyman. I don't know how to keep politics aside in this but Musharraf literally sold us to the Americans as if we couldn't have survived otherwise. Making enemies out of our own people in order to win an ally that bombs us and whose existence in the region ensures further chaos and turmoil was a huge blunder. As far as where we are standing now is concerned we are basically at crossroads now because the battle has entered our cities now and we finally have to wake up and take some risky decisions though the current federal government does not have the spine to stand up to anybody because we all know where their loyalties lie.
