There is hell of difference between taste, texture and ingredients of same dishes between India and Pakistan as well, with same logic Indians should stop parroting Indian dish, Indian dish. :pop:

Why you are asking about Ingredients, you should be able to tell the difference by looking at texture.

when did i claim these supernatural powers. These 5 criteria are used finding for similarity and difference : Ingredient, Texture, taste, Method of preparation and Aroma.

Call me prejudice but i hate it when people ask me if i am an Indian or refer to me as an India (in which case i promptly correct them). This is not because i hate India or Indians, in fact, when i was working in UAE Indians and Pakistanis in my company had good relations, we even used to look out for each other and cursed the bloody Arabs to their faces in Urdu/Hindi. The reason for me is that Pakistan is my identity, good or bad, and i want to be called a Pakistani no matter where i am.

most of the times i was asked............where r u from? r u from india? .

Back to previous point, based on these criteria despite having same name dishes of India & Pakistan are different, So stop parroting Indian cuisine, Indian cuisine. :pop:

BTW - One was Haydrabadi Haleem and other was Persian Haleem in previous post.

No I was referring to Pakistani and Indian korma.

I once ate at a genuine Pakistani restaurant in Dubai (genuine = no hi fi, but salt of the earth types). I was licking my fingers (two dishes I had) even though I had serious runs on the drive to a beach resort after that.
