First let either of them place an order then we can decide on who to sell to.

In a way, Saudi has already 'bought' through the 6 billion package. What if we give them Thunders and other items, rather than returning the money? Conversely, the entire 6 billion isn't in our hands yet, so what if Saudi threatens to withhold it?

The question remains, do the Saudis even have acquirement for the JF-17s.

at maturity, normally saudies convert loans in to aid or some sort of a grant for pakistani govt, but for how long our govts will keep doing this "topi drama" they should generate revenue domestically, no body try to clamp down on corrupt mafias who are looting the country for decades and no body try genuinely to support industry, instead whoever come he simply visit KSA to grab free dollars and they do it proudly ...

KSA is really a good example of 'a friend in need is a friend indeed' they have helped us multiple times so we should definitely support their stance and their views/decisions in middle-east and we have hardcore cultural, religious relations with them too.
Iran has betrayed us in recent times and plus they are suffering from sanctions so it's better to stay away from them.

At the moment what we know is from media sources only so we can not say the Iranian deal would be like till some thing concrete is reviled from either Pakistan or China.

In news that came in IDEAS was that the order for Iran would be the largest one for JF-17's. This can only indicate that IRAN wants to replace her F-4 Phantom, Mirrage F-1, F-6 and F-7's. I.e 100-110 aircraft.

We know that Iran has been able to reverse engineer the F-5's and over the years have shown various models the Azarkhash, Saeqeh and recently Kowsar. Which are going to replace or modify the existing F-5's.

This is a good preposition.
The 6 billion were never to be handed in case rather they were to be deferred payments in regards to the FUEL bought by Pakistan and also for the next 2 years fuel that Pakistan would need.

If they do withhold it than Iran can send oil and Pakistan can send more JF-17 in a barter trade.

The question remains, do the Saudis even have acquirement for the JF-17s.
They do have the requirement
1) Replace the F-5
2) For the SANG

PAC is not stupid we will be banned from usa.
What?? Naa USA can not ban PAC or do much by placing sanctions because they know Pakistan would do something similar to what it did when F-16 were blocked.

If it is taken like this then KSA would not say much and continue to support Pakistan.

In my view it is a difficult ask. It might work but if it does it needs to be processed via China so Pak lands is not sanctioned. If China is not going to risk sanctions from the US we certainly cannot bear to do so. So all in all it needs to be seen in a very careful manner.
