same Ad airs on Indian Channels too, they were probably shot for whole subcontinent and not for particular country !!

I heard Pakistani men are so smitten by Indian women that they even try to be like one :woot:

A recent camera leak from Karachi captured a guy practicing to be a Bollywood actress. He does look " pretty" as somebody suggested.

Send her to India . She can become a choreographer.

But still this would result in the actors asking for more cash from the companies due to the ad being used in two countries....

Nope. Brands are country specific. Indian Brands are based in India and other countries. same goes with Pakistan too, As no Major Pakistan brand is there in India.

Correct. Not every girl in India like to expose, so exceptions are here as well. Girls win the beauty contests because they have talent, as simple as that. Like you agree with me, there are Pakistani girls who don't mind to expose, so why they haven't won any beauty contests yet? I hope you have the answer now.

So this comparison is between 'exceptions' of both sides. Definitely pakistanis falling within the ambit of exception do not possess that 'talent' which the indian exception do. Normally exception is allowed 5 to 10%, that number will be quiet big on ur side.

Ontopic: on daily entertainment news there is always news from bollywood, our FM radio play indian songs as well. Artists are not hurdled by boundaries, if they might not be physically present but their art spreads like virus :P

Our film makers used to complaint that bollywood is exploiting pakistani film industry, we used say 'make quality movies if you want to compete'.

during the Ad being shot they even dont know where else it will be telecasted, like We in India have many Ads faturing Chinese, Korean models but iam sure they werent Paid double of what they are usually paid !! its upto the Product that whom it wants to give Rights of the AD,

Thanks for reminding me how much Inferiority complex some Pakistanis like you have with respect to Indians which you try to hide by making posts like that .

For humanitarian purposes you should have avoided it because you end up embarrassing some of your own saner and more educated countrymen .

it's your people who have the inferiority complex and it is demonstrated time and time again on this forum...

A lot of Indian brands are available here. Cosmetics, jewelry, clothes, titan watches, books, software's even Amitab's cologne( saw that once in a shop)

lmfao, he has a point bu that's like hollywood complaining about british or australian actors. point being; if it's an industry that runs on talent then one should realize talent sees no nationality.

One of the things Indians don't realize that we don't just have 10 artists over here and all 10 of them were famous in Pakistan before someone from India sought to make profit off of them.

All the artists are well known in Pakistan but only a few enjoy worldwide popularity among Diaspora etc. like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Adnan Sami are special cases .

But how many have heard of a band named Aaroh - took out album Sawaal , singer who composed album Saiiyan , singer who composed Jal Pari , and many others ...whose names are lost in obscurity.

Oh yes, Indians are making a profit off of Pakistani artists. The artists get a small percentage of the proceeds, the rest goes to the record label.

The financial remuneration on offer to them is considerable , far far more than they can get by organizing long and tedious concerts , and releasing albums every 2 years in just Pakistan.

It goes against the spirit of good, brotherly co-operation in music and culture but I would still say this that

India has literally become a cash-machine for all and sundry what with Bollywood and IPL . Some appreciation of the opportunities provided would be nice .

I think nobody agrees to Jagjit Singh on this thread, whether Indian or Pakistani.
That is why topic has changed to fastion, actress and veena malik.

Coke Studio is a success in Pakistan, that is why the indians will try to copy it
