Match on should start at 08:00 PM on 14th August and should end on 04:00 AM on 15th August. Would be great independence. Or each year alternative day.

yup...but that would be at midnight....so.....but the true independence was on 15th august i think.....so lets play it on 14th and drag it onto 15th for one hour or so...
