I told u guys all long that the Z 10 is going to be the main stay PAA attack helo
All the time that the Z 10 spent in Pak the feed back that they got from the Pakistani crews they incorporated it n in a lot of cases changed were made to the hele while in Pakistan....particularly to the cockpit n the man machine Interface....
I have not che ked as yet but i am guessing that the ones that have back r here with the uprated engine...as that was the only area where it was let down some wt....as of the other short coming were over come right here in Pakistan

Tired of these news, when will our forces bring a new gunship. They are acting like females in a market checking and testing everything but no purchase.

We brought one of the most expensive helos for SAR which would be used for vip transport and not bringing any gunship which is urgently needed.
Our enemy has their own gunship in development plus the apache and we are sleeping.

Does it mean we purchased some units or some upgraded version (engine etc) has been sent for testing ?

I hope it's for testing. Purchasing it wouldn't really be smart in my opinion...since that would mean three different attack helicopters(AH1Z/ATAK/Z10). Pak should pick one and start producing at least some parts in house with ToT. That would greatly simplify maintenance/support infrastructure and allow Pak to induct bigger quantities.
