به گزارش مشرق، یگان موشکی ارتش یمن از سامانه موشکی بالستیک خود رونمایی کرد. ارتش یمن پنجشنبه بعد از آنکه یک فروند موشک زمین به زمین کوتاه برد بهتأسیسات نفتی عربستان در جنوب این کشور شلیک کرد، از به خدمت گرفتن این سامانه موشکی بومی خود برای مقابله با متجاوزان خبر داد.

They are developed by Yemenis army, copies of Soviet made scuds that were sent to Yemen years ago.

You say only Houthis as if Yemen doesn't have an army. It's true that Houthis are a small group and unable to develop such an advanced missile technology. As far as I know it's Saudis that are in Yemen invading it killing people bombing civilians not vice versa.
And they did by supporting Saddam in 80s, Talibans in 90s and later isis ..being in cahoots with Americans to put pressure on Iran is another example .. decreasing oil prices to serve the US and hurts Iran is another example..
While Iran from the first day asked for democratic approach in Yemen they blindly continued the war ..
