You speak the truth. In Pakistan Defence Forum, JF-17 is superior than Tejas. In fact I'm sure that if India had F-22 then JF-17 would be superior than that too (In PDF).

And IAF will not go for it.......

Even in the current config there isn't much difference between thunder and tejas....

No one knows what is the ASR for mk2......until it comes.....all we can do is speculate

Tejas is already superior to JF-17 so your logic is a fail. We aren't as cash-strapped as Pakistanis, we want modern jets comparable with contemporary jets for the low end of IAF.

Tejas will be in operation with the IAF for at least 30 years. The jet needs to be at least as good as Gripen if we are to induct it now as it will face obsoletion very soon.
