Sikhs USED to be a large proportion of the British Indian army because the British found them more loyal to the white man than to India and Indians.

Such discrimination in hiring ENDED after Independence. Now recruitment is based on state quotas.

In fact Sikhs went to court demanding they be given a higher percentage in recruitment (based on history) only to be turned down.

I have the greatest respect for ALL who fight for the country. Sikhs and non sikhs. But ZERO respect for khalistanis and their kids who speak with bigotry and prejudice while hiding behind true brave and loyal sikhs.
