Despite the fact that all lands are owned by the government, China is the home of world highest house owner.

Can you imagine, in democratic countries almost all lands are owned by the people, but the land owners are just several percent of the population and the majority of the population must rent a house to the land owner.

It's a betrayal to the idea that people are able to own land if the majority of the population does not own land. Not to mention it's also hindered the public infrastructure development as well for the benefit of the whole population.

The government's job is to serve the people, the public, the entire nation. By owning all lands, the government can maximize their service/duty to the people. That explain the phenomena happened in China.

Comparing Taiwan and China, just one law, the different is like heaven and earth. In the next decades, the gap will widen significantly.

India in reality is not a democracy country.

Despite both Taiwan and India are democracy, but they are different, big different.

India form of government was given by the British Empire, not formed by bottom up, from the ground up.

As India used to be a feudalism, the culture of feudalism is still strong in India, and shaped the political culture in democracy system. Then added with caste system, it even worse.

The way how Indian members always use the term of feudal Xi is actually originated from the situation and culture in India.

Seeing the statistics you posted above, India is actually a very sad country. Truly.

you should really read up on China. All the economic development happened only after China gave up its old policy and turned to capitalism of sorts. When Chinese people were allowed to start keeping what they made, they got motivated to make more. But that was only a partial acceptance of the failure of communism. CCP retained the dictatorial aspects and as a result chinese people still did not get other basic human rights ; even worse now Xi is hell bent on making sure no one else has more power than him (eg Jack Ma and other businessmen). The people of china have become CCP slaves
