Why India is not a superpower

LOL you have some serious obsession with toilets.

You even hallucinated that I was talking about them, when I wasn't! Anyone can check the previous posts to see that you just imagined it.

Though since you insist, I will make sure to include it in the future.

LoL, you are now getting back to Ming kind of logic. Was it not you and your friends who like to bring up the potty habits of Indians while trying to show how Indians are inferior and morons when trying to look at growth projections. Hell you brought a few articles from 2008 trying to cor-relate these two Indian habits.

But what can I do? Afterall defeating this logic is even bigger than overcoming the potty pot problems of India  just have to learn how to ban people from going potty  that would be the better idea using the greatly applied "Ming" logic :)

Man...somehow i feel Pakistanis and Chinese are the ones more tensed about India being a superpower or not than Indians themselves!

India's too poor, too hungry and too illiterate to claim superpower status.

It is very unfortunate that economically resurgent India still remains home to the world's largest population of poor, hungry and illiterate people. Tragically, hunger remains India's biggest problem, with an estimated 7000 Indians dying of hunger every single day. Over 200 million Indians will go to bed hungry tonight, as they do every night, according to Bhookh.com. Along with chronic hunger, deep poverty and high illiteracy also continue to blight the lives of hundreds of millions of Indians on a daily basis.

India is not a superpower but one of the top 10 largest economies in the world. Member of Prestigious G-20 Major economies, G8+5(which may be expanded to G-10 very soon) which shows our significance in the world.

And please don't talk about literacy rate, Pakistan's literacy rate is one of the worst in the world.

that 300 billion divided by 1.2 billion does not go very far.

Compare yourself to a country that has a similar population like China next you will be comparing yourself to Nepal

Yea why not Indian don't want to hear the incredible truth about India

Rather you should ask, Why is the UNITED STATES a superpower?

That you can start another thread. This thread should be made a sticky cos you Indians should be reminded of what you really are.

Oh but we don't want to be a superpower, genius. As long as our region is in our control, we don't mind if China is interested in taking the crown from Unkil Sam. Let them do the world policing in the new era. We're find being the next best thing.

The simple reason why we aren't where China is today is because of the ruling party of this country since its inception and the corrupt kleptocratic system that we function in. Otherwise there's little to stop us from attaining power. We have to improve and there's a long road ahead.
