Why are we accusing the COAS?

I know of many present and retired Military people, Colonels, Brigadiers, etc. who are extremely Angry at Bajwa, and I mean really, really angry. In fact they questioned why they bothered to defend this nation. Don't take my word for it, just go and check out some Twitter handles of these retired military men.

It is VERY RARE for military men to ever criticized the Chief , so you know the situation is extremely bad when even your own Military men start to criticize you and question your loyalties.

Today many of these retired people have been silenced by President PESS Shoaib Amjad, by conveying them the message.

My question to you is, why do we back the army blindly and bat an eye towards their corruption?

The COAS is the only man who can truly bring change to Pakistan yet they never do, we are stuck with the status quo.

War Economies need countries like India n Pak. Why do you think we are not doing anything about Kashmir n both countries are spending billions n trillions on arming themselves while millions n thousands die every year of hunger n many other diseases.

I will wait for a few days before criticizing Bajwa. Things are not that simple as they seem. I still believe Bajwa is the MVP of IK team. This apparent rift between them is part of the grand plan.
1-Getting IK elected again with 2/3 majority.
2-Bringing presidential system. Before a system can be completely overhalued all of it components need to be discredited. As what is currently happening with Judiciary, Media, Parliament and even Army.
3- Remove the stamp of "selected" from IK.
4- Building relations with the west for the time being and may be get some brownie points from them in the form of some economic relief.

The role of the establishment is overstated

They are just one clog trying to look after Pakistan

People have become obsessive thinking they are some sort of all powerful magical entity pulling the strings, when clearly they are just one group trying to manage a Pakistan full of issues



We have corrupt politicians
A corrupt judiciary
A corrupt system

If the people vote for sharifs or bhuttos then what can the establishment do????


People don't want the establishment to not be involved, they just want the establishment to side with them

The establishment has to work with the government, if they do people declare the government hybrid

If they do nothing, then people declare them as siding with the opposition

The reality is the people are idiots and are not taking responsibility for their own failures and not holding our society, politicians, judiciary to account

The conspiracy theories and the tantrums especially by the PTI supporters here is childish. In their fanboism they don't realize that it was the same Establishment which made Imran Khan the current Prime Minister, the same Establishment which had booted out PPP and PMLN multiple times and the same Establishment who may back Imran Khan again.

What are you smoking to conclude Shabaz will fix the economy? Is this based on past tenures in Government?

They wanted power, now they have it along with all the gifts they left behind for the PTI government. Now the PTI government can give these gifts back with interest accrued.

Alright then - so doesn't it make sense to break the cycle? If Imran is now the target of establishment, why would you want to continue this perpetual circle of letting their preferred candidates rule? Unless you believe that their choices are correct?

Bajwa will remembered as good general, who opted for neutral policy after initial mistake of hybrid government doctrine.

On the other hand IK is proving that, he is big time Namak haram and he will never ever become PM again. In few years, you will hear stories from Retds that how he came in power, how establishment helped him and when he failed to deliver on all fronts, he orchestrated propaganda against Army and Courts.

Except for that alright

People overstate role of army in "establishment" other powers like Media, industrialists, judiciary are powerful in their own right

Our issue is way too many centers of powers
