What's new

Why are we accusing the COAS?

Now, it's the job of the Pak Army to restore its prestige and honor in the eyes of the common public. I am pretty sure 99.999% of the members of the Pak Army - serving and retired - are burning within in shame and desperation. They can face the Super Powers, but not some rotten apple sell-outs within their ranks!!! Now is the time for the "Young Turks" - on behalf of the Nation - to distance themselves from the rotten apples and join the nation....

The Turkish Army considered themselves as the guardians of the secular state for long 90 years. They conducted coups after coups on behalf of the West to keep that order. At the end even they could understand enough is enough going against the majority of the nation. They accepted a strong leader like Reis Erdo'an, and the rest is history. Now, they're running from one victory to another in a professional way...

Can't it be that the cheap justice was securing his future on someone else's pay?

Why the hatred towards COAS Bajwa?
Ok as per Pakistan's ideological leader and true PM Imran Khan, we still some sort of believe in military but don't expect die hard fanboyism for military from the public of Pakistan anymore. We can just mutually exist.

More than half a million force at the disposal of those Generals with all the firepower, missiles and intelligence network both locally and abroad, they failed our Govt, they failed the people of Pakistan and failed to protect the most ideological and the most popular Govt Pakistan has seen since long, despite being aware of joint external and internal conspiracy's network. It's a crime they committed which can't be forgiven at all. But still it's IK's vision to never blame the military for all their wrongdoings so that's why for the time being we may coexist. If IK would have given a call, people of Pakistan would have shown the military establishment it's true actual place and size on a single call.

But if the military played it's role in keeping the popular leadership of Pakistan out of the Parliament then it would be dealt with accordingly. So beware of your next moves. It would be advisable to the military establishment to course correct itself along with the wishes and will of the nation, the people of Pakistan. Because a force can't survive for long without people's support or by working against the will of the people.

And you should Thank the God in the month of the Ramadan that you have been spared for now due to a calm, composed, forgiving and visionary leader.

Pakistan has just lost a 5th Gen war from the enemies. Now plz stop chest thumping about the so called best military or ISI is the best in the world. No they have proven to be not. But are an utter embarrassment instead. We are as strong as the pulp of the tomato 🍅 which is without the skin

Ppl calling out bajwa need a bit correction, its not just bajwa but whole establishment and higher ups in all other institutions who are responsible. They are clearly working for a foreign agenda at the cost of national dignity and pride.

Question remains ... why Supreme Corrupt of Pakistan refused to listen lettergate petition . Now the worst thing for PDM, before leaving parliament, Speaker made this letter part of parliament session record or proceedings, so no one can deny and say it was lie.

Kindly let me know whose job portfolio contains counter intelligence and counter espionage Ops? Who is the ultimate big boss and in charge calling the shots of that force? Name it plz. Is it CCPO Lahore, DIG of Islamabad Police, Solid Waste Management, MS of some hospital, Pakistan Postal Service, Pakistan Railways, PIA, WAPDA, WASA, Registrar or judge of any court?

Who gets paid to do that job and have vast resources to carry out that job at his disposal? Name that person and his boss.

Some journalists and retired military officers knew it's happening in the mid of 2021. So what the on duty personnel were doing since then?? There could be only 2 possibilities:

1. Either they were so much incompetent that they don't deserve to be appointed there.

2. Or they were an integral part of this whole international conspiracy.

Kindly answer both of these questions with some logic.

I am not and never will be against the COAS or the Army but the question arises, if America today can enforce a regime change, tomarow it can try to do the same against a COAS or the ISI head.
No they do it at a much lower level. The officers are vetted and promoted accordingly well before they get to any significant post by the US establishment

This is the army, not a political party.

Almost every army officer knows that despite their personal frustrations, army is Pakistan's option of last resort. So unless there is a dire threat to the security of Pakistan, the military will not intervene. Some suggested that possible cracks could appear within the army due to the polarization in the country. Inshallah there will never be such cracks which cause the cohesion of the army to break over a political party losing out. In the past army has seen its chiefs being pushed out, i.e. Jehangir Karamat, then the army saw General Musharraf pushed out yet none of those issues caused the army to lose its discipline. And neither should the army lose its discipline over a political matter now.

The Army is there for Pakistan, not for a political party. The army did the right thing by taking a step back. Had it intervened on behalf of PTI, the other half of the country would have been complaining about the army yet again so it was a no-win situation and army did just right, it stayed quiet and the let the SCP decide.

Army is the one and only constant of stability in Pakistan! I don't care what some members here say but we should defend and deflect critique of Pakistan Armed Forces instead of doubling down on it just because people are jazbaati.

The armed forces don't owe IK/PTI anything. The ones who owe PTI/IK support are its own constituency. This constituency should demonstrate as it is their legal right. Why in the hell are members expecting the army to step into the fray?

Pakistan is not going to get destroyed, PTI has a chance to make a come back. Even if opposition comes to power and resets laws, abolishes NAB etc., PTI needs to reverse the changes. For now, let Shabaz Sharif sort out the economy. Let the PTI go into opposition. It is a healthy vantage point for them.

Lastly, for god-sake, keep the army out of the mud-slinging as it is the only institution which brings all Pakistanis together. They serve shoulder to shoulder with each other in service of Pakistan and this should not be lost on the rest of us who are on either side of the political divide currently.
Do Army owe any duty to the Govt of Pakistan or to the nation? Or are they staying alone on some fantasy island? 😊
