Who guarded Modi in Bangladesh tour? I have every where else including US, Europe etc Modi is guarded by SPG but in BD he was escorted by some Bangladeshi SF!! Reason?

Even the suitcase suppose to have nuclear codes carried during the Guard of Honor is a BD SF!!! How is that possible.

Yes it is. It contains codes to launch nuclear weapons because PM heads Indian Strategic Forces Command and Nuclear Command Authority , even when he is abroad. Without the code its not possible to launch the missiles.

Look out for the security guards not wearing those ridiculous badges, garish ties and tie clips, you can easily see the SPG is there protecting the PM.

The very fact you are focusing on the BD guards and not the SPG proves how stupid their dresscode/methodology are. The point of BGs is to blend into the background- which is what the SPG are doing but with all the glitz and "look at me" adorning the BD forces you are drawn to them immediately. At the time I noted this and was surprised at how unproffesional they appeared to be as a result.

Again, you can notice the SPG are the ones cloest to the PM but the BD guys with their shiny shoes (note, all the SPG wear tactical boots- I wonder how much exertion the BD guys can do in those shoes ), tie clips, bold ties contrasted even more by their black shirts and then all the, as we call it in the UK, "bling" on their lappels are the ones who stand out.


The SPG schooled the BD guys in how a professional and competent protection agency performs.


Note that on foreign soil, the local security units will always play a role in protecting the visiting offical:

For the love of GOD, pls understand INDIA does not keep its warhead mated for N Strike... The closest you will get are the two Prithvi 1 regiments where N warheads are under strict supervision in a secondary site and the regiments keeps moving in Rajasthan and Punjab border areas.

Indian Nuclear doctrine at present requires authorization time of approx 72 hours for a N warhead mated to a delivery vehicle and ready for launch... This is why the missile storage places, the warhead places (Nuclear) and command system are secretly located.

Pls dont be guided by USA N button brief case.. That suitcase if not collapsible Bullet proof jacket then it may be carrying water bottle, Parle G biscuits, some documents and few Pens...

TBH in few months time, the N sub may be the only place for N armed weapons fully mated 24x7.. that also with CO and his deputy with twin keys command system for launch and a secondary suitcase for either disarming or destroying mid air or changing coordinates can be there.. authorizing via suitcase is extremely difficult but technically possible.. Since India does not have its dedicated Military satellite system for fully encrypted communication for such eventual situations, the command will fall to CO's call of strike once he receives a go ahead verbally. we are over analyzing PM Na Mo's every move, gear, security... We should all relax a bit.. And he is visiting BD, a very close friend of ours... This finding of who guarded NaMo in BD is just one of the other way of saying Mossad protects NaMo when he travels abroad !!!
