When I say lift 'weights' I'm not expecting to become a miniaturized version of Arnold !

I'm talking about the kind of physique that Olympic Powerlifters have; they're not huge but are they ripped to the core ? Hell Yeah !

And they're very strong too because they don't do endless isolationist exercises that continue to increase the size of your muscle till you end up with a bloated bosom but instead they concentrate on compound exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Weighted Pullups etc. !

Do them; you won't get big and you'll get buffed ! Tell you what google 'Stronglifts.Com' and check their website and their program out....I've used it...its very good, it doesn't cost you a dime and you save up on a lot of time because you're only doing 3-4 functional exercises per workout !

of course i am also islamist... islam is early socialism, this i have said so many times... true islam is not "masjid jao, namaaz padoh"... it is other than that... i never prayed... i don't know what prayer is... what i know is thought and work.

Yes i think that might well be the reason of your suspicion. Maths and Science is anathema to most Pakistanis.

2. pakistan and india should drastically cut back on their military, and convert those exiting personnel into police... and these police should work with progressive groups to understand what real crimes are and to eliminate those crimes using their military training... most crimes presently are either cultural or economic.

well, actually it was another reason... india culturally has more mathematics loving people than any other society... one reason why most indians generally lack strategic and logical clarity... i am rotten at maths, therefore i excel in many things.

But logic lies within the sphere of mathematics (and overlaps into philosophy). Open any discrete mathematics book and the first chapter will be on logic.
