they speak Kashmiri in the the Indian part and Urdu/Punjabi in the Pakistan region. Different culture, different language..

But a Pakistani first, second and last !

And anyone who tells you that Kashmiris speak Kashmiri hasn't got a clue as to what they're talking about because :

(i) Kashmir isn't populated by one ethnicity but by half a dozen of them who speak just as many languages.

(ii) There is no such thing as a Kashmiri language because there are Kashmiri language (s) !
