Do u go to college or univ? talk to people hang out! go to ur nearest park-jogging track........ Start with Hi,hello-salam..... etc.
I spent 2 years almost alone when my father was posted to a crappy area....after an year i realised the secret and made frnds twice my age n got out of the depression...... while i was just a teenager.... i spent almost very very important 2 years of my teenage life to understand tht.!
