Yup. There is. The correct term is Thamizh. (not even Tamizh)

This is correct, in a sense. In Indian practice, which is not a standard, but a local practice, in south India, people render the soft t as th. So, tatkal is thathkal.

well my father's family moved to east Pakistan during the problems in Burma in 1960 when my grand mother & father moved to east Pakistan & several of my Father's relativce moved to Karachi & US.

P.S BTW i forgot to mention tht my father & mother both are Gujrati speaking....i thought i just make a khichri over there:unsure:

S** education may be a good idea in the schools, but I don’t believe the kids should be given homework.:D:D

Its look like mu :D do they having all three letters?. In tamil linguistics I studied about ழ significance and its uniqueness . I agree malayalam is very close to tamil and borrowing words is obvious but its not the same case with ழ.

Dude what does it mean you "dont" agree. This is the zha they have. I'm from Kovai and thus have a lot of exposure to Mallus and I know they have that sound. Not only that, they also have the nga sound...the one that comes after ka in our alphabet.

Just google or wikipedia to clear your doubts.
